The college was established by Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Shikshan Sansthan, Sikar W.e.f. the session 2005-06. the objectives to establishment of this teachers training college are as under :–
To spread the education among women.
To awaken the feeling of discipline, social service, patriotism among girls.
To awaken them for their duties & rights.
Establish the self-dependence college for poor and talented girls.
To publish education related journals, magazine and encourage literary activities.
